ZTWY SANDWICH PANEL Delivers Cold Storage for Malaysia

ZTWY SANDWICH PANEL, a leading provider of building envelope solutions, is proud to announce the successful completion and acceptance of a critical cold storage project for the staff in Malaysia. This cold room, spearheaded by ZTWY’s cold storage division, a key component of the food service infrastructure within the expansive 25-hectare manufacturing base, a USD 200 million investment located in the Science Park.



The newly constructed cold storage facility is engineered to maintain a consistent temperature of -25°C, providing optimal conditions for the preservation of frozen meat, seafood, and other perishable ingredients essential for daily staff meals. 



To meet the stringent demands of food preservation and energy efficiency, the project incorporates 100mm thick PU-insulated cold room panels, ensuring superior thermal insulation and long-term durability. The refrigeration system is powered by Bitzer compressor water-cooled condensing units, a trusted choice known for their stable performance, energy efficiency, and reliability in low-temperature applications.
